Emailer Design & Strategy

Customer Communication

Designed and templatised creatives in-line with the brand's emailer marketing strategy. The idea was to shift from a text heavy approach to a visual led approach that would be in sync with the brand's overall aesthetic.

Below are creatives prepared across various campaigns such as destination marketing, abandon cart (re-marketing), subscription base, award comms, and ancillary offerings.

Designed communication for various customer, trade & employee facing emailer campaigns. Over a span of 6 months, achieved an average unique clicks percentage of 3.60%.

 

Development of new mailer templates resulted in a clickthrough rate 2.58 times higher than the previously existing format.

Trade Communication

Designed and templatised creatives for communication across trade channels. The idea here was to establish a visual aesthetic for B2B comms, in line with the brand's overall tone. Below are creatives prepared across campaigns such as quarantine norms, Premium Economy marketing, and festival greetings.

Employee Facing Communication

Contrasting to the brand's external communication language, a peppy and vector based approach was taken to devise an aesthetic for internal communication. The idea was to make employees feel excited about initiatives being taken. Below are creatives from internal app launch campaign communication.
