Brewed & bottled in Germany, Witty Bro is an imported German Hefeweizen. An extension of the BroCode brand, the USP of this wheat beer is German indulgence at an affordable price point.

The brief was to design an identity for a brand which would portray international cues to a young and experimental consumer. The idea was to keep 'Bro' from the parent brand consistent, so as to humanise the character of the product even while drawing inspiration from its origin.

In an attempt to cue German wit and intellect the identity designed for the brand was kept very clean. The type was hand lettered in a fashion that it would compliment the identity previously created for the parent brand. The weights were reduced, curves added and alphabets inverted - all in an attempt to add more fun and youthfulness to the logo.

The colour palate chosen was suggestive of fresh energy and vibrancy that the brand aimed to serve on retail shelves.
